Mana Property Management is recognised as a leading Property Management company, the Mana team are all committed and driven in delivering a quality service to their landlords and tenants alike, this is reflective in almost 10 years of successful operation.  An exciting time planned ahead, the team are looking to expand, with the introduction of a brand new career focused position, and into the role of New Business Development / Account Manager.  Overall, you will be responsible for generating new business and networking to further develop business relationships.  The successful person will soon be recognised as the 'face and voice' that represents the Mana brand and team ethos.

  • You will possess outstanding people skills, with the ability to liaise across all personalities with a natural self-driven focus on delivery and performance.
  • It is not essential that you have previous sales experience, however, you will possess the raw talent required.
  • You will share in our philosophy, company, and moral beliefs, if 'a job is worth doing - it is worth doing right', coupled with an honest, solutions and service focus
  • A full and clean NZ drivers License will be imperative
  • The flexibility to commit to the hours, and at times, weekends, the property game is certainly a big reward, but, it requires big commitment!
  • A team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
