A born and bred Otago Girl, Tania brings an extensive knowledge base in both property management and financial control. Trained as a Management Accountant and with many years of experience within the finance operations of a number of high profile, multi-million-pound businesses whilst working in the U.K. and America. She also became a full-time investor whilst still living in the U.K. before returning to New Zealand to run her and husband Kyle's substantial portfolio. Tania grew up amongst a family who lived the hard working kiwi dream of renovating each of their homes as a means to get ahead. This experience has provided the base for Tania's own hardworking, determined ethic and aided her natural ability to spot an opportunity in a property which she has the knowledge and confidence to transform into a good investment. Tania has served as the Treasurer of the New Zealand Property Investors Federation, and an executive committee member of the Otago Property Investors Association.

Together with Kyle, Tania provides an education course for new and experienced property investors to help provide the tools necessary for being a successful investor.

 

 

Kyle Elmer

North London born, Kyle has developed into a definite Otago boy. With a natural appreciation for all the region has to offer - from a Jimmy's pie at the rugby to relaxing with friends in Central over a fine Pinot - he has fit into the New Zealand way of life, including becoming a Citizen. Kyle's background has been in both the Building industry and the Golf trade, working in his father's construction and renovation business and qualifying as a Golf Professional specialising in retail and teaching. He worked his way up to head of Coaching at Verulam Golf Club, "The Home of the Ryder Cup", before leaving the U.K. with Tania to run their property portfolio in New Zealand. Once here, they renovated, and purchased more property, before Kyle, who knows a good deal when he sees one, branched out and bought and ran a hospitality business while Tania continued to look after their extensive portfolio. Kyle found that to run a successful business he had to be 100% focused and this was, therefore, taking him away from his love of property. After a couple of years, he sold the business and together Tania and Kyle started Mana Property Management, simultaneously expanding their own portfolio further. Kyle is the Immediate Past President of the Otago Property Investors Association, and they have both served on the committee for seven plus years.

Through his love of coaching and helping people, Kyle together with Tania run an exclusive mentoring, educational program for those wishing to learn how to invest in property. The course can be tailored to both new and experienced investors, to either learn the fundamentals or to fill in the gaps of their knowledge. Property Manager

People notice three things about Aaron within seconds of meeting him, his height, his accent and his enthusiasm.  Although Aaron spent over 22 years of his life in Canada, he is a Kiwi through and through, having spent his youth in Napier before moving to Canada in the early 90s. However, upon returning to New Zealand, it only took one visit to the Otago region to help him realise that he was truly home. Aaron’s family began in Dunedin in 1858 when his first relative sailed over on the “Robert Henderson,” so it made perfect sense for him to settle in Dunedin and put down some new roots much like his old ones.

Aaron’s varied experience in Public Relations, customer service, event planning, and building have made him uniquely qualified for a position as a Property Manager with Mana. Aaron feels that there are great things coming for the Otago region and he is excited to be working in the Property Management sector to see it all come together firsthand and help those that call it home to feel at home.

Property Manager

Shubham is one of the youngest in the Mana family and he epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard work which fits perfectly with the Mana ethos.

After completing his graduation in India he moved to New Zealand for his further education and completed his Post Graduation in Business Management majoring in finance. His love for nature and Kiwi culture propelled him to extend his stay in New Zealand. He is gregarious and loves to interact with people from all walks of life.

His previous work as a travel expert for an airline company developed his impressive customer management skills and his zeal and passion for the property industry led him to switch his career to Property Management.  You will find Shu really approachable and friendly, which, backed by his professionalism and performance provides the best results for owners and tenants alike. 

In his leisure time, Shubham enjoys music and playing football.

 

 

AnnaAnna

Senior Office Administrator

Anna is our Senior Office Administrator, and she has flourished from the ground up in her administration role at Mana. Anna began as the receptionist, then moved into back office administration.  Now Anna works in the finance department which makes great use of her training.  She is one of a few in New Zealand who have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Property Management and she also has completed a New Zealand Certificate in Business Administration.  A born and bred Dunedin girl, Anna has that local experience which is invaluable when dealing with Dunedin properties and their locality and surroundings. While she is youthful at heart she shows real maturity when dealing with owners and tenants alike and quickly shows her experience and knowledge.

When Anna is not working she enjoys socialising with family and friends, relaxing in Central Otago and getting stuck in doing a bit of DIY on her own home.

 

 

Whitney
Whitney

Office Administrator

Raised in the North Otago region Whitney moved to Dunedin to study design before joining the Mana team in 2016 as one of our administrators. Whitney is often the first point of call for visitors or those telephoning the Mana office and greets visitors with her friendly smile and willingness to help.  Whitney also deals with many of the queries and works hard to get the awesome Mana tenants into the properties as quickly as possible. Having an extensive customer focused background she knows how to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to our clients and customers.

When not at work, Whitney enjoys travelling and especially exploring the Otago region.  While in Dunedin, Whitney spends a lot of time researching and designing the renovations of her own home.

Head of Security

Zonda is Mana's Head of security, alert to all the comings and goings at the office and also the welcoming committee for guests. A black miniature schnauzer, he has the advantage of not moulting on the office furniture and enjoys a happy, calming disposition regardless of how busy the rest of us are.
